Shipping policy
Delivery destinations
We deliver to Portugal and to the European destinations available at checkout. Delivery availability depends on the destination address.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times
Portugal: estimated transit time is 5 to 12 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated total delivery time of 6 to 14 business days, including processing.
European zone: estimated transit time is 8 to 15 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated total delivery time of 9 to 17 business days, including processing.
Order tracking
Your tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping costs
Portugal: shipping costs €6, with free shipping on orders of €50 or more.
European zone: shipping costs €6, with free shipping on orders of €80 or more.
Delays
In the event of an exceptional delay (customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances), we will contact you promptly. PARADUCATECH cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers or customs.
